Mettec is open Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (Pacific Time). Orders received after 11am will be shipped the next day. There are no minimum orders.

You may fax your orders 24 hours a day. Please include your fax and daytime phone number in case we have a question regarding your order.

Special Orders
These are generally products similar to, but not part of our normal production runs, nor available from our current offerings. We can discuss your interest and needs and provide you with a projected cost for your product.

Back Orders
Mettec maintains a record of all back ordered items. We will notify you when parts are ready to ship.

Shipping
All orders are shipped by UPS. Carrier freight costs are added to the invoice.

Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping costs from our warehouse are added to the invoice. All orders and returns are subject to a standard $4.50 Handling Fee.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Checks, and Wire Transfers. Wire transfers are subject to an additional $30.00 service charge placed upon us by the bank.

C.O.D.
All C.O.D. orders will be shipped via UPS. A $7.50 C.O.D. fee is added to the invoice.

Unaccepted Merchandise
Return shipping, and restocking charges will be charged to the person or company placing the order.

Returned Checks
A $15.00 fee will be charged for each returned check.
