Orders

Orders can be placed online at mettec.com, via phone at (775) 246-8200, or via email at info@mettec.com.
Mettec is open Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm Pacific Time. Orders received after 12:00 pm Pacific time may be shipped the following business day. We do not have a minimum order size.
Mettec maintains a record of all back ordered items. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, we will notify you via email when parts are ready to ship.

Returns

Mettec can only accept returns for parts that are in new and unused condition. Call us for assistance at (775) 246-8200 if you need to make a return.

Mettec has the capabilities to design and manufacture products to your specifications. Give us a call at (775) 246-8200 or reach out by email at info@mettec.com to discuss your interest and needs and Mettec will provide you with a projected cost for your product.
